Sargent Arms Firearms Training Academy offers concealed carry handgun safety courses for both the Oregon and non-residential Utah markets. Both of these permits allow you to carry a concealed weapon in 34 different states. Courses are designed for men and women with focus on environmental awareness and legal requirements to carry a concealed handgun.
